Twenty years ago, I started this as a hobby. I was playing Warhammer and Dungeons & Dragons and I realized I wanted to do something more. I started to dream of opening a hobby shop.

I started to look into having a store in the Pembroke area so we can play games in a bigger space and bring some competitive games to the area. When my nine-year-old son started playing Warhammer I also started thinking about how much kids in this area need somewhere they can be creative and have fun. The War Room Hobbies can be that place with youth games, paint workshops, and tournaments.
